Must be a user of a Safaricom or Zain mobile phone. If you are the selected user, you will be asked which company you use so that you get your top up. The judges which is a select team of members and admins will determine who has been the most active person. The winner will be announced on the website and also contacted directly. All transactions are final. The winner will receive top up automatically when they provide their phone number. The method we use is reliable and no claims will be processed after the prize has been delivered. Contest runs from January 2 2010 to March 2 2010.
