Is any one of you Sick? He/She should call the elders of the church to pray over him and anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise him up. If he has sinned, he will be forgiven James 5:14 and 15

Yeahp, the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well
but our faith too is needed. coz the Lord won't heal us if we don't have faith
a certain womam came to Jesus asking for healing
but before he could do anything He asked "do you believe that i cane do this?"
and her faith healed her.
another woman she only wanted to touch Jesus's robe
what she had in mind is that if she ONLY touch the robe she will get better and so did jesus told "go your FAITH has HEALED you"
Brothers and sisters in Jesus I would like to encourage you today to have the "faith kind of God"

Pray for an old friend this week. Pray for them by name
Call them/ write to them and just check on them, they are probably silent coz of what they are going through or what they have been through lately.
Despite our crazy schedules, it is good to check on other people. I was talking to a friend of mine last night and we were of thinking how we take friends for granted sometimes. How someone calls or sends you a forward and you ignore it. "Now what does he/she want from me again", some say.
There are people who go for a day/week/ month without anyone writing them a mail or without their phone ringing. So do not take your friends for granted, it is a blessing to have them. Pray for them, call to check on them atleast once a month if not weekly, send them a greeting card once in a while. Keep the friendship candle burning. Be your brothers keeper. AMen!

I've been believing God for a change of my work schedule for almost 2 months. I tried everything i could to no avail, last week the Lord has f took care of that and gave me exactly what i was believing him for.

My encouragement to you is;
~Never give up on God

~Never repay evil with evil

~Always be thankful to God, even when things seem to be getting worse. With time he will reverse the situation

~And finally, always remember that Glory and Honour belongs to God not to youself.,

Praise be to our God.
I know i have been silent and i apologize for that.I am well in the Lord and born again. I want to encourage us to pray more... when we pray there is peace and change. When we don't pray we push God out of our lives, country,families, sch, businesses,churches,etc. we can't afford to relax, we'll be caught asleep and all that we have done for the lord in the past will go down the drain. As intercessors we have to stay in touch with God constantly. lets draw close to him and he will draw close to us.

if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.Amen
Below are some prayer items...lets keep each other in prayer in this last month of the year. Post prayer items if any so that we can pray for them as well.

Prayer items
1. Each other, our families,
2. Our country>peace, economy
3.Peace in the world. The leaders that God willl give them wisdom etc
4.Mumbai, India those who lost their loved ones that God will give them peace, Pray for those still in hospitals for quick recovery. Pray that they may forgive those who did that to them.
5. Conflict between Christians & muslims in Nigeria. Pray That there will be peace inthe country, forgiveness, love and unity again. That God will confort the families that are hurting.
6. Pray for intercessors and christians that there will be a spiritual awakening.

7. Nesstv that the Lord will bless every member meet them at the very point of their need and bring them to the knowlege of Christ thus accepting him to be the lord and saviour our their lives.
Pray for the President and founder of the site for giving us a place come and socialize and fellowship ....that the Lord will bless him, extend his boundaries, keep him from evil and that the lords hand will always be with him
